Diane Kolodzinski has worked in the field of mental health for 17 years, and is the owner and clinical supervisor at Therapy at Work LLC. She has extensive experience working with individuals struggling in relationships, or experiencing substance abuse or codependency. She served as a clinical case manager and a group therapist at Carrier Clinic, worked with teens and children at Devereau Foundation in Philadelphia, and in residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation prior to opening her private practice.
Diane is trained in the Gottman model, working with couples to improve communication, resolve conflict more effectively, rebuild trust and commitment, and rekindle their sexual intimacy. She also has extensive experience working with parents of teenagers and young children, helping them deal with adolescent development, behavioral problems, and teens pushing boundaries.
Diane has been involved with the Collaborative Law Project for many years, helping couples to navigate the divorce process with more compassion and empathy toward each other. She can help couples to avoid bringing emotional issues into the divorce settlement process, thereby solidifying the couples' ability to get along, co-parent, and raise healthy adult children who care about and love both parents.
Other Specialties include: deviant sexual behavior, coping with divorce, pornography addiction, loneliness, woman's issues, perfectionism, suicidal thoughts, communication skills, intentional uncoupling, empowerment, pre-marriage counseling, adult children of alcoholics or dysfunctional family systems.
